PCA Chesapeake’s Tour & Rally Committee is pleased to offer as its 17th event of the year the “Shortest-Distance Gimmick Rally” to be hosted by guest rally masters Craig and Linda Davidson. This driving event will be held on Nov. 3rd. It will start and end in Urbana, MD, with a route that will take participants through parts of Montgomery and Frederick counties. (v03)
WHEN and WHERE
- When: Nov. 3, 2024, Sunday.
- Assembly time: 8:30 AM; drivers’ meeting 8:45; departure of first car soon thereafter.
- Assembly point: Urbana, MD. Address to be sent via e-mail to registrants by Nov. 2nd.
- Breakfast: Coffee and donuts.
- Lunch: Sandwiches, chips and sodas.
- Tour’s End: Same as starting point.
PARTICIPATION
Each vehicle must have a driver and a navigator. Before registering, each solo registrant must pre-arrange to participate with another solo registrant. A maximum of two people will be allowed in each vehicle taking part in the rally.
By signing up for and joining any of our driving events, registrants acknowledge and assume all the risks in and full responsibility for their participation. PCA waiver forms must be completed and signed by all, online or on paper. Note that planned events are subject to change, for weather-related or other reasons.
REGISTRATION
- Registration for this tour will open at 1 pm on Oct. 14th and close at 1 pm on Oct. 31st.
- Log on to your account at www.motorsportreg.com to sign up. (Not the same as your PCA account.)
- This rally will be limited to 30 participating cars and 60 competitors, so sign up ASAP if you are interested.
- Registration fee: $12.50 per person or $25 per car, which must have a driver and a navigator.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
- Trophies will be awarded.
- All PCA members are welcome.
- Drivers must be licensed adults.
- Each confirmation is provisional. It becomes final after the registation fee is paid.
- Cancellations must be made before the closing of registration to obtain payment refunds.
