Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday November 3rd, 10am at the Cedar Hill Golf Course at 1400 Derby Road, Saanich.
Join your fellow VIR members to elect the new Board, applaud the winners of VIR's various awards.
Schedule:
- 10am: Arrival, a coffee service will be provided
- 10:30am: AGM Meeting:
- Noon: Optional Lunch
- 1:30pm: Departure

We encourage everyone to have the optional lunch there too - please add that to your registration.
MAIN ENTRÉE – BBQ Kebabs either chicken, steak, prawn or vegetarianSIDE DISHES - tomato and bocconcini salad, redskin potato salad, rice pilafDESSERT – Assorted Cookies and Squares, Regular & Decaf Coffee and Teas.
If you have a special request, allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Note that as we have to provide exact food counts days before the event, you CANNOT add lunch on the day if you have not registered for it in MSR.
All members in good standing – primary and family/affiliate - have the right to attend, to vote and to stand for election for any position on the Board.
There is no cost for attending the AGM meeting.
